Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellation requests received by February 28, 2020 will receive a full refund minus a $35 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received after this date will not receive a refund. “No shows” will be charged the full registration amount.
If you are unable to attend the Lab and would like to request a cancellation/refund, you may use the link in your confirmation email or you may submit this request through the registration site using the attendee’s confirmation number. You may also transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost through the registration portal. All PAEA events are subject to cancellation based on registration numbers. All attendees will be notified by email in this unlikely event.
Lab attendees grant PAEA permission for any photographs taken during the workshops to be used on the PAEA website, PAEA Digital Learning Hub, in PAEA publications, and in other promotional materials.
PAEA events are intended for and limited to those directly involved in PA and/or medical education. Vendors and third-party representatives will be prohibited from attending any of the workshops. If a vendor or third-party representative registers for a workshop, PAEA reserves the right to cancel the registration without reimbursement of registration fees.
