My Forum Planner
Start Building Your Forum Schedule
To enhance your experience at the Forum this year, we are excited to offer a brand-new feature called My Forum Planner. This feature allows you to build out your personalized Forum schedule, including sessions, meals, exhibitor booths, and events you plan to attend. All registered attendees will receive an email from Map Your Show (our My Forum Planner host) with instructions on how to create an account.
Some highlighted features of the My Forum Planner include:
- Adding sessions to your own personal schedule by clicking the plus sign in the top right-hand corner of the session. (You can also choose to view the sessions as a list.)
- Searching for sessions based on keyword, date, track, speaker, and other filters.
- Viewing the floor plan for the Solutions Pavilion, learning more about our exhibitors, and bookmarking exhibitors of interest for easy reference.
- And much more! Everything you add to your schedule in the My Forum Planner will automatically sync with the mobile app when it becomes available in the coming days.
