Getting to Washington, DC
There are three airports and one train station in the Washington, DC, area. We recommend flying into Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) or taking a train to Union Station (WAS).

- Dulles International Airport (IAD) – 30 miles
- Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) – 40 miles
You can take a taxi or use a ride-sharing app to travel directly to the Washington Marriott Wardman Park or take the metro to the Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan Station (a five-minute walk from the hotel). You can also book shuttle services with SuperShuttle to and from your preferred airport.

With 269 bus routes serving 11,129 stops throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Metrobus is an excellent public transportation option for getting around DC. Convenient bus stops near the Washington Marriott Wardman Park include Connecticut Avenue and Woodley Road (L1, L2) and Calvert Street and Connecticut Avenue (96).
